Date : 28 February 2019 Hasben’s PHd journey has come to its end. I am super relieved and of course, happy! We wanted to thank our supervisors who have supported us throughout this long challenging chapter of our lives. So, we invited them over for a Malaysian-style lunch - Nasi Ayam! I served my first ever homegrown honeydew that I freshly picked from my backyard garden. At first, I thought it was a watermelon plant. I have thrown so many leftover fruits in the garden bed that it was quite impossible to know which species had successfully established itself in there! The honeydew was absolutely sweet and I was pretty surprised, to be honest. The lunch went well and Allan said, “This is better than PapaRich.” Seriously, that made my day! =D Thank you for coming.
