Kimi's Adventure in Japan!

Today I have a guest writer, writing his first ever post. It's my little man, Kimi. Hope you enjoy his story =D

Hi my name is Kimi. And I am going to talk about my adventure at Japan.
I ride a Jet star air bus and a boeing one.
The toilets has butens so you won’t need to use your hand.

I was scared of the typhoon. 

I ride the bullet train and I nearly vomit in it. 
 
I didn't like the deer poop.
I like the presents that Opah and Nekma and Atuk gave to me, and my brothers.
I was a little bit scared riding the cable car.
I like the Pokemon best because I have a bunch of Pokemon toys.
I like the water sprays because it’s cold.
The gates are full with Japanis writing.
The golden bilding looks like coins. 
Jaws’s  boat ride was very scary.
That was my adventure at Japan. Good bye JAPAN.

Kimi will be 3 soon and guess what, he is also a newly-appointed big brother! This time around, Prince Court is not in the picture - being full-time students, we can only afford to attend Toowoomba Base Hospital, a government hospital so this will be a whole new experience for me, not to mention being in a whole different country! A little park in front of the hospital: I had my monthly checkup at USQ clinic with Dr. Kay Brumpton, who is amazing by the way. And towards my second trimester, I had monthly visits to the hospital to see the midwives. This is the waiting area at the Antenatal Clinic: And that's Kimi climbing over the door of the play gym. Adventurous...! Being Asian, and smallish (even for an asian), my baby was measuring a bit small than the average Aussie. The doctor was a bit concerned and had me do 3 ultrasounds. Arabic Letters - Dal, Dzal, Raa and Zai

The Toowoomba Mosque has finally started construction. As you might be aware, it was subjected to an arson attack a couple of years back. So currently, efforts have been undertaken to raise funds for rebuilding the burnt mosque, and one of the ways is through Fundraising Dinners. We have attended last year's event at Brisbane. This year, it was held at Darling Height States School and the outcome was positive, with an estimated AUD200,000 raised. Anyway, for our Madrasah class, we are now learning and trying to memorise the letters Dal, Dzal, Raa and Zai. These are the Banana Letters. Dal and Dzal are the little bananas , while Raa and Zai are the big bananas . As of yesterday, my students still did not remember them, and they even forgot the ones they learnt before... Melbourne, Australia

Melbourne Weekend Getaway! Date: 13 May 2011 It is not often you hear someone say, "I'm going to Australia just for the weekend". However, it actually happened to me, not intentionally, but accidentally... I booked my flight ticket (in August 2010 for the lowest fare possible!!) without double checking and ended up with only 2 full days to spend in Melbourne. To make the best of it, I pre-booked full day tours for both days... which left out any opportunity for Melbourne city sight-seeing - how sad! From LCCT, KLIA to Melbourne Airport, it took about 8 hours flight - which I can't sleep for most part of it!! - and the time difference is plus 2 hours from Malaysia. Date: 14 May 2011 Upon arrival...   Hi Mr Sean/Chin! We were greated by Ms Candy who showed us to our maxi taxi. The driver was Mr Sean/Chin (didn't quite get his name) who was from Cancun, China.
