The Green Milk

This is one of those pointless and jakun entry but still impressive (for me, anyway). I have seen white milk (obviously), brown for chocolate and pink for strawberry (who hasn't?), and the occasional yellow for banana and purple for berry. But I discovered here in Australia, they have green milk! The flavour? Not mint but LIME! It actually tasted like dishwashing liquid, I imagine, not that I have ever drank any.

Bald Rock National Park, NSW

Date : 3rd November 2013 Bald Rock is a 3-hours drive from Toowoomba and I have been thinking of visiting it since last year. But I was not sure if it was a suitable trip for an infant. However, it is the largest granite monolith in Australia, which means it is a must-go! So best buds, Julie Zac and Zayra came to visit on 1st November. Finally finished my first baby headband made using crochet. Took me forever but was amazed that I could actually do it. Haven't got a girl model so opt to use this boy model instead, hihi ;p This one is for baby Iman :)

The first book from her that I read was Under the Duvet, and the second was The Other Side of The Story - both I borrowed from UTM's library. She writes about characters with real life issues and manage to make the situation light although it's actually a dark topic. At the end of the day, readers will learn about complicated issues without feeling depressed. She delivers the message and adds humor to it - just brilliant! Plus, I learned a few Irish words! Sushi for Beginners is about the lives of 3 different ladies, all facing depressions. Different characters have a different coping mechanism.
